Cardboard DumpsterLink to this category

YOUR ASSISTANCE PLEASE!  When tossing cardboard boxes into our cardboard dumpster, PLEASE BREAK DOWN THE BOXES.  We know it takes a little more time and effort but it is worth it to help save us all money from extra dumpster pickups.  Each time the cardboard dumpster has to be picked up and dumped, it costs us (Limetree Park) a dumping fee of $275.  If we will all breakdown our boxes, then we can save space for additional cardboard.  Please pass the word. If you have guests or renters in your unit, inform them also.   If you see someone dumping cardboard without breaking down the box, please NICELY ask them to do so.  If we all work together, we can save a few bucks annually on our dumpster pick ups.  THANK YOU

Possible HurricaneLink to this category

Please be advised that a potential weather threat to SWFL is forming in the Gulf of Mexico and is expected to become Tropical Storm and then Hurricane Helene. Current projections indicate that the storm will move from the coast of Cuba toward the panhandle of Northern Florida. Local news weather stations are noting that while the storm is expected to skirt past Lee and Collier Counties, we should prepare for similar weather experienced earlier this Hurricane Season when Hurricane Debbie passed by. There is the potential for storm surge along the coast during this event and inland flooding as significant rainfall is anticipated.

You are strongly encouraged to watch the weather to follow the storm updates. Additionally, it is recommended that you take necessary precautions to prepare for any local impact caused by the storm.

According to the National Hurricane Center, SWFL Florida can expect to start to see Tropical Storm effects Wednesday night through Thursday. Again, please watch the news to keep up to date on the storm and any potential changes in the current available information.

Lastly, you are urged to take all necessary precautions to protect yourself and your property as we prepare the effects from this storm. Please review and follow your Hurricane Guidelines to adequately and appropriately plan in advance of this weather event.

Your Attention Please!  Fireworks.... A reminder to our residents, renters, and guests:

Florida Statute 791.08 and Lee County law permits usage of fireworks SOLELY & EXCLUSIVELY JULY 4TH ONLY!

Limetree Park reminds everyone to use fireworks WHERE YOU PURCHASE THEM as some fireworks are only legal at that spot.  If you bring fireworks into Limetree Park, safety of our units is our #1 priority.  DO NOT USE FIREWORKS BY ANY UNIT!  Firework usage over the pond must be contained to the pond area only and fire safety is required with a hose and bucket of water nearby.  All trash must be disposed of properly.  Please allow a full day before placing any firework materials in the dumpster to verify there is no remaining spark.  And above all, BE SAFE!  Remember please Limetree Park Quiet time begins at 11 PM.
