You will find 2 Bocce Ball courts just north of the Shuffleboard courts. Everyone is welcome to use the courts. Official Bocce Ball games are held on Thursdays at 1 PM. Wish to play on your own? Our residents may access, with your clubhouse key, the shed door that faces the west for general resident's game equipment. Please, if you use the game equipment, return it to its proper place in the sheds. AND NO CHILDREN may be on the Bocce Ball courts without resident supervision.
Our Mailroom is located on the lower level of our clubhouse. Mail is delivered by USPS Monday through Saturday for our residents to pick up at their convenience. A sign on the door indicates when mail is ready each day. Please note, no one may be in the Mailroom with the USPS delivery person when mail is being delivered by Federal Law.
Pool : Please follow the posted rules. All Children (under the age of 14) MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL times. Children NOT potty trained should wear swimming diapers. Remember Food and Drinks are NOT allowed on the Pool WET DECK AREA (4' around the pool edge). NO FOOD or Drinks IN THE POOL. Plastic Water bottles may be placed on the pool edge ONLY during exercise or aerobic water classes. Please only use umbrellas at the tables on days without high winds. THE POOL AREA IS NON SMOKING! Please place a pool towel on the chairs and loungers before sitting on to keep suntan lotions from the lounger straps. And most of all.. have fun!
Our Laundry Facility is open 24/7. Machines are standard washer and dryers that accept coin payment $2 per load to operate. Bring your own laundry detergent. Please pick up after use to keep our laundry room clean. Thank you
This is a multi-functional room. Everyone is welcome to find a piece or two to the puzzle that is happening on the table. The Library room houses many donated books. Everyone is welcome to "check out" books, puzzles, games or movies. You'll also find many games being played nightly here.
We call our Open Air Pavilion "The Tiki Hut". You'll find most of our outdoor events held under and by this structure. This "Hut" may be reserved for private functions.
Shuffleboard is open to all residents. LTP has both league play, practice and also open play. NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED ON THE SHUFFLEBOARD COURTS. Watch the calendar for shuffleboard events.
Volleyball is played Mon, Tues, Wed and Friday at 9 AM and everyone is welcome to join in.. men and women! Just stroll by and join the fun.... and get some good exercise too!
